Bootstrap Constructor

Initializes the primary bootstrap. All base services should be initialized here. Called during construction. The properties rootServices and rootContainer will be available after this call for use.
 

Parameters

userSettingPrefix

Type: string
The prefix that will be used to get and set the user settings for the current account.
