LayerManager.getNextSuitableLayer Method
Find and select the next best usable layer.
Parameters
- targetLayerOrdinal

Type: Number - May be null
(Optional) Specifies the layer ordinal at which the search for the next suitable layer should commence.
- targetGridTemplateAdorner

Type: GridTemplateAdorner - May be null
(Optional) Specifies the GridTemplateAdorner to restrict the search for.
