MetricSetService.removeAllElements Method
Removes all the elements to the given metric set.
Parameters

The ID of the metric set to remove the elements from.

(optional) The placement for the elements.

Return Value
Type: jQuery.Promise
Value: dundas.entities.MetricSet
A promise object that is resolved when the call is complete.
If successful, the updated dundas.entities.MetricSet is returned.
