ReportService.createReport Method
Creates a report based on the report given. The ID field should be left blank, as it will be populated
after the object is created.
Parameters

The report to create and save.
Return Value
Type: jQuery.Promise
Value: dundas.entities.Report
A promise object that is resolved when the call is complete.
If successful, the created dundas.entities.Report is returned.
