Rectangle.tooltipDelay Property

Gets or sets the delay in milliseconds after hovering over this adapter with a mouse before its tooltip is displayed. This is generally only used by non-data (getSupportedSettings().isDataSupported) adapters, and will be ignored for data adapters as they have custom properties for more complex tooltips.
