Inserts the level based on a native structure at the specified index.

Parameters

hierarchy
Type: Dundas.BI.Entities.UserHierarchiesUserHierarchy
The hierarchy.
levelIndex
Type: SystemInt32
The zero-based index at which level should be inserted.
entityId
Type: SystemGuid
ID of the data source entity.
defaultColumns
Type: System.Collections.GenericIListString
The default column names. The column names serve as a "hint" on how to generate the level.

The level.
