DataActionPlaceholderAsUrl Property

Gets or sets a value indicating whether the placeholder should be treated as a full URL instead of just a query string portion of the URL. This means that encoding will not be applied, which allows values like "http://somesite.com/" to be used as a value, or "http://[placeholder]" where placeholder is a valid URL.
