Remarks
This overload should only be used for entities which have been previously saved. Otherwise, use
Save(T, String, Guid, Boolean).
After saving, the entity's properties (Id, LastModifiedTime, etc.) will be updated.
This method will honour the EntitySaveOptions associated with the instance.
