accountId: Type: SystemNullableGuid
The ID of the account, or to use the account associated with the current caller context.
tenantId: Type: SystemNullableGuid
The tenant ID to use if accountId is specified.

Exceptions

NoPrivilegeException	The caller does not have access to manage the most recently used list for the specified account.
InvalidSessionException	The caller context is not associated with a valid session.
