DataBar.isYPagingDisabled Property

Gets a value indicating whether paging is currently disabled along the Y dimension axes because the data is not assigned to the axes in the same order as the data result, or because of the type of view. If false, data is retrieved for the entire data result without support for zooming in along some or all axes.
