Type: ICollectionAppSettingValue
A collection of objects containing the value of the setting at the associated scope and scope target.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
ArgumentException	settingId is Empty.
NotFoundException	There was no registered setting corresponding to the provided setting ID.
NoPrivilegeException	The caller does not have system administration privileges.
InvalidSessionException	The caller context is not associated with a valid session.

Remarks

This method only returns values which have been explicitly set. Default and effective values are not included.
