Gets or sets a value indicating whether the account holder is permitted to change their password.

Type: Boolean
true if the password can be changed, otherwise false.

Remarks

The default value of this property is true.

Note
The PasswordPolicyAllowChange configuration setting must be enabled in order for users to be able to change their password.
